The care was very good and I don't think any improvements could be made. My daughter was put at ease and she commented that the staff were very nice and friendly. My daughter didn't need a prescription and this was explained fully.

Previously he suggested I attend Hospital regarding a Cataract before he made a new eyeglass prescription. I did and then had the Cataract removed. On my return today he expressed his satisfaction on the result and confirmed he would write to L.R.I. to tell them that my sight had improved. In the eye test he explained everything and gave me a new prescription, which Boots will fulfill. All the Optical staff at Fosse Park are knowledgeable and helpful. I mention specially; Jo and Ellen. I know of no need for improvement for anyone. If possible patients should book to see Hamel Bhundia. Regards, Roy Davies

Everything was fully explained to me from what was about to happen to the results. Both Hamel and the assistant Ellen were brilliant and I could not have wished for better service. That is why I keep coming back to Boots Opticians.
